Placeholder. The full privacy policy has not yet been written or legally reviewed. What follows is an accurate description of what this site currently does, which is very little. It is not a substitute for the reviewed document.
What this site collects
Nothing, unless you choose to send us something. There is no analytics script, no advertising pixel, no third-party tracker and no cookie set by this site.
What the contact form does
If you use the contact form, we receive what you typed into it — your name, email address, any company or role you entered, what you are interested in, and your message — along with the IP address the request came from, which is used only to rate-limit the form and is not stored separately.
That information is used to reply to you. It is not sold, and it is not shared with anyone else for their own purposes.
Third parties
Fonts, images and scripts are served from this domain. Contact form messages are delivered through Resend, which processes the email on our behalf under its own privacy terms.
How long it is kept
Enquiries are kept only as long as needed to deal with them and to keep a record of the business conversation. Ask us and we will delete yours.
Your rights
Write to us and we will tell you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Email info@thebrvcompany.com.
Still to do
The formal policy needs writing and review before launch, and needs to state the legal basis for processing under GDPR — which matters here, since several of the houses we work with are in France and Italy. It should also cover any analytics added later.
