Brands
Desire, designed and distributed.

01Overview
A luxury brand does not have an awareness problem. It has a desire problem, and the two are solved in opposite ways.
Awareness is bought. Desire has to be made: something people see, want to approach, and can picture themselves with — and then other people they respect have to want it too, for the wanting to hold.
Where the work sits
This is the making and the distribution. Art direction and content production, because the image is the argument. Social media management, because that is where the argument is tested in public. Creator and influencer partnerships, because a credible voice saying the thing is worth more than an owned channel saying it.
It also includes the unglamorous half: retail and in-store activation, where most luxury purchases are actually decided, and the performance reporting that tells you which of this was worth doing again.
On influence
The word has worn out. What still works is narrow: a smaller number of relationships, chosen for audience overlap rather than follower count, and enough time to let the content be seen twice. We are more interested in who the right twelve people are than in reaching a million of the wrong ones.
deliverables:
- title: Content creation & art direction text: Images made to be looked at twice, and shot to survive a campaign cycle. icon: ri:camera-lens-line
- title: Social media management text: Channel strategy, editorial calendars, and moderation of the comments. icon: ri:instagram-line
- title: Influencer & creator partnerships text: A short list of the right voices, and the long relationships that keep them credible. icon: ri:user-star-line
- title: Campaign concepts text: One idea that can be executed across every channel without diluting. icon: ri:lightbulb-flash-line
- title: Retail & in-store activation text: The part of the funnel that most luxury brands under-invest in. icon: ri:store-2-line
- title: Performance & reporting text: What worked, what did not, and what to change next quarter. icon: ri:line-chart-line
process:
- title: Set the idea text: One campaign concept, agreed before anything is produced.
- title: Produce text: Art direction, shoot, edit. Long enough to get it right the first time.
- title: Distribute text: Owned channels, creators, press and retail, sequenced rather than simultaneous.
- title: Read and repeat text: Measure against desire signals, not impressions, then do less of what did not work.
outcomes:
- title: Content that survives being reused metric: One shoot, three months
- title: Relationships, not one-off posts metric: Repeat partners
- title: Retail that converts the interest metric: Sell-through, not reach
faqs:
- q: How do you choose creators? a: >- By audience overlap with the target buyer, and by whether their existing content is still interesting without the product. Follower count is a tiebreaker, not a filter.
- q: Do you produce the photography? a: >- We art direct and produce it, bringing in photographers and production partners we trust with this kind of work. The legacy imagery on this site currently stands in for that, and will be replaced.
- q: What reporting do we get? a: >- A quarterly read on what moved and why, with a recommendation for the next quarter. Reporting that only lists what happened is not worth paying for.
